By accessing our website, using our services, or engaging with CryptoHub Luxum in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our services for your internal business purposes only. This licence does not include any right to resell or make commercial use of our services, collect and use product listings or descriptions, make derivative use of our services or their contents, or download or copy account information for the benefit of another merchant.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your access to our services and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoHub Luxum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of our services' content or the content of any websites linked to our services. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of our services, or any unauthorised access to or use of our secure servers.
Whilst we strive to ensure that our services are available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Our services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from service interruptions, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. You acknowledge that temporary interruptions in service availability are inherent in technology-based services and agree to hold us harmless for such interruptions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Cyprus, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations are unsuccessful within thirty days, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Cyprus Arbitration and Mediation Centre.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and you must discontinue all use of our services.
You may terminate your use of our services at any time by ceasing to access our website and services. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
In the event of termination, we will make reasonable efforts to provide you with access to your data for a period of thirty days, after which such data may be permanently deleted from our systems unless we are required to retain it by law.
